The patented design allows for A/V cable management and power installation with a safe and code compliant product. Cluttered A/V cables can be hidden behind the wall and power can be installed at the location of the flat panel TV.
Installation Information
Start by installing the two single gang old work boxes where the wall plates will be located. Pull the included building wire between the two old work boxes and install the two wall plates (see instruction sheet). Then pull your HDMI, VGA and other A/V cables through the low voltage recessed side of each wall plate. Once your wall plate installation is complete, connect the extension cord into the inlet wall plate and the straight blade end of the extension cord into any nearby electrical outlet or surge protector (highly recommended). It's that easy - your installation is now complete.
